Briefly describe

1. Project Introduction:

This is a cement production line in Kyrgyzstan with a daily capacity of 2,50 tons. The project, which took three years to complete, finally went into production in 1998. The finished crushed stone produced using sand and gravel aggregates can be used for cement production, and the short-distance transportation of sand and gravel finished materials can greatly save a portion of the production cost, significantly increase the final profit, and the surplus sand and gravel aggregates can also be used in other projects.

Capacity: 2,500 tons/day

Finished Products: <3μm, 3-32μm

Application of Finished Products: Used in construction, roads, bridges, and other engineering fields

Production Method

Cement production limestone and clay as the main raw materials, which are crushed, mixed, and ground into raw materials through a vertical mill, then fed into a cement rotary kiln forination into clinker, and then adding a proper amount of gypsum, mixing part of the mixed materials or admixtures, and grinding into cement through a cement mill. It transported out of the factory by a packaging machine or bulk loader. The cement production equipment adopts the dry cement production process. After the raw materials are dried and ground into raw material powder it is fed into the dry rotary kiln for calcination into clinker. The main advantage of dry production is low heat consumption
